Space saving solution

ABB’s bypass switches are the best solution for load bypassing when the installation space is very limited.  The switches are manually operated and the range goes from 160 to 800 Amperes (IEC).

  • Save installation space and cost
    Traditionally, bypass switches are built by using individual switch-disconnectors and conversion kits. ABB’s solution consists of one single device without conversion kits.
  • Safety and reliability
    Equipment can be safely maintained while the load is being supplied directly from the source. ABB’s bypass switches fulfill isolating requirements without additional devices.
